Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026 | Effective: August 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how FlowTasks LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on the REIN platform. The short version: we use exactly one cookie, and it is essential for keeping you logged in.

01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the service. Not all cookies are the same -- some are essential for the site to function, while others are used for analytics or advertising.

02

Cookies We Use

rein_sessionEssential7 days

Authentication session token. This HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie stores an encrypted session identifier that keeps you logged in. Without it, you would need to log in on every page visit.

03

What We Do Not Use

REIN does not use any third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, social media tracking widgets, fingerprinting scripts, or any other third-party tracking technology. We do not serve advertisements on the platform.

04

Local Storage

In addition to cookies, REIN may store small amounts of data in your browser's localStorage for UI preferences (such as sidebar collapse state or theme preference). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

05

Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the rein_session cookie will prevent you from staying logged in. Clearing cookies will require you to log in again. Consult your browser's documentation for instructions on managing cookies.

06

Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new cookie types (which we have no current plans to do), we will update this policy and notify you. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
