Terms of Service

By accessing or using the REIN platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@flowtasks.io if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

REIN offers subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from Settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis -- contact support@flowtasks.io within 30 days of a charge. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled.

You retain full ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to REIN ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not access, use, or disclose Your Content except as necessary to operate the Service, comply with the law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

The REIN AI Assistant provides analysis and insights based on your portfolio data and public market information. AI outputs are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made using the platform. AI responses may contain inaccuracies -- always verify critical data independently. AI conversations are processed through our private inference infrastructure and are not shared with third parties or used to train models.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (f) share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties; (g) use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure and is subject to Cloudflare's service level agreements. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWTASKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account through the Settings page or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support@flowtasks.io.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
